New animated short film at Ciclic Animation : "Traces" by Hugo Frassetto and Sophie Tavert

The new animated short film by Hugo Frasseto is a fantastic story in the prehistoric times. Traces will be at Ciclic Animation until July 20th. Return on the tracks of our past ! 

After his studies at Clermont-Ferrand Fine Arts School, Hugo Frassetto studied at the animation film school La Poudrière in Valence where he directed his graduation film Traverser, a sand on glass animation film. He worked as animator on several short films : Sous un coin de ciel bleu (2008), Vasco (2010) and Miru Miru (2015). In 2011, he realized his first animated short film La Garde-barrière and then Braise in 2012 which was supported by Ciclic-Région Centre-Val de Loire. Hugo Frassetto is back with his new project Traces co-directed with Sophie Tavert.

Sophie Tavert studied cinema at the university and her graduation film Apparence received the award for best screenplay at festival Ciné en herbe. His first professional short film Un amour was selected in famous festivals including Clermont-Ferrand. 

This project has received a production support for animated shorts. Directors, Hugo Frassetto and Sophie Tavert, will be in the residence from January 22nd to July 20th.
